The best of the best Love!

Many people, during the time of their lives when they are ready to get married, wonder how they will know when they have indeed found real love;  someone so special that they can visualize spending the rest of their lives with in peace and harmony. They wonder if this is the right person, whether they will love each other enough and then wonder what the best love is. How would they know that they have found the right person? How would they know that this, indeed, is the best of the best love for them that was ordained by Allah? They would know by realizing the following:

• When both the spouses are an integral part of taking each other to the right path of worshiping Allah and believing in the Prophet (PBUH) as the last prophet.  When the Muslim couple take refuge in Allah’s blessings together and pray for their well being together, you can be assured that this is the true love we dream about.
• When the husband and the wife not only pray together for  themselves, but for their partners as well. Pray for Allah to take their better half towards righteousness as well, so that they can enter Jannah together.
• When both the spouses remind each other of their duties towards Allah, their Salah timings, waking each other for sahr to keep the fast, praying Isha together, the wife ironing a crisp clean suit for her husband for Friday prayers, in short helping each other become pious, THAT is when you know you have got the best of the best love with you!
• When both the spouses look at each other with a sparkle in the eye. That sparkle in the eye is not just a sparkle, it is the first sign of love. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said “When a husband and wife look at each other with love, Allah looks at them with mercy”.
• When your spouse helps you in this temporary world so that you can receive Jannah with them, THAT is when you know you have got the perfect partner to spend your life with.

The Prophet (PBUH) said to his followers that “There is nothing better for two who love each other than marriage”. So get married Muslims! By fulfilling the Sunnah of marriage you are not just getting a partner, you are getting an entire world to live with. So from that time onwards to the rest of your life, your spouse will be your partner, your companion, and your best friend. So seek to get married and InshAllah you will find in your spouse the love that is best for you, the one that will make you live for each other and enter Jannah with each other!
